These terms cover use of the HSWRK website and attendance at events promoted by HSWRK Presents.

Individual events, ticketing platforms and venues may also have their own terms. Where they apply, you should read those too.

HSWRK Events

HSWRK Presents promotes electronic music events including Pier Pressure, After Dark and other shows at third-party venues.

Event details will be clearly stated on the relevant event or ticket page. That may include: date, venue, opening and closing times, age restrictions, ticket type, artists, After Dark access and any event-specific conditions.

Tickets

Tickets may be sold directly by HSWRK or through third-party ticketing platforms such as Eventbrite. The ticket provider's purchasing and refund terms may also apply.

Please only buy tickets through HSWRK or officially authorised sellers. We cannot guarantee tickets bought through unauthorised resale channels.

A ticket only provides admission to the event, areas and activities described in the relevant ticket information. Where an HSWRK ticket includes an After Dark event at Aruba Beach Club, this will be made clear when the ticket is sold.

Admission

Entry remains subject to venue licensing conditions, safety requirements and any age restriction shown on the ticket. You may be asked for valid photographic ID.

HSWRK or the venue may refuse admission or remove somebody where reasonably necessary for safety, licensing or security reasons, including abusive or threatening behaviour, illegal activity or excessive intoxication.

Please don't be that person.

Artists, Set Times & Event Changes

We book artists because we want to hear them too. Sometimes things outside our control happen.

Artists, support acts, set times, opening times or other elements of an event may change because of travel disruption, illness, production issues, safety requirements or other circumstances.

We'll make reasonable efforts to communicate material changes. A change to part of a line-up does not automatically mean that an event has been cancelled or that a refund is due.

Any cancellation, postponement or refund will be handled in accordance with the applicable ticket terms and your statutory rights. Nothing in these terms affects rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Pier Pressure & Weather

Pier Pressure takes place in an exposed coastal environment. That is part of what makes it special.

Weather can change quickly and an event may continue in rain, wind, cloud or sunshine where it remains safe to do so. If conditions create a genuine safety issue, HSWRK and the venue may need to alter, delay, relocate or cancel parts of an event.

Please follow any instructions given by HSWRK, venue staff or security.

After Dark

After Dark takes place at Aruba Beach Club after selected Pier Pressure events. It is a separate venue and operates under its own licence, capacity limits and venue rules.

Whether After Dark is included in a Pier Pressure ticket or requires a separate ticket will always be stated in the relevant event information.

Third-Party Venues

HSWRK promotes events in venues that we do not own or operate. That means things such as: bar service, food, venue accessibility, cloakrooms, security procedures and venue facilities may be operated by the venue rather than HSWRK.

Venue-specific terms and policies may apply in addition to ours.

Photography & Filming

Photography and filming are a normal part of HSWRK events. Professional photographers and videographers may capture the crowd, artists, venue and atmosphere throughout an event.

By attending, you acknowledge that you may appear incidentally in crowd photography or video which may later be used by HSWRK for editorial, archival and promotional purposes, including on our website, social media, advertising and event recaps.

This acknowledgement is not intended to turn ticket purchase into blanket data-protection consent. Our handling of identifiable photography and video is explained in our Privacy Policy.

If you have a concern about being photographed or about a particular image we've published, please speak to the team or contact us.

Your Own Photography & Recording

Personal photography and short personal video clips are normally welcome unless an individual event or venue says otherwise.

Professional photography, commercial filming, livestreaming or recording substantial parts of artist performances may require prior permission from HSWRK, the artist or the venue.

Artist music and performances remain protected by the relevant intellectual-property rights.

Website Content

Unless stated otherwise, the HSWRK name, branding, website design, written material, graphics, photographs, films and other content are owned by HSWRK or used with permission from the relevant rights holder.

A lot of the photography on this site has been created by professional photographers. Please don't simply lift it.

You may share links to our website and social posts, but you may not reproduce or commercially use our content without permission from HSWRK and, where relevant, the photographer or other rights holder.

Links & Third-Party Services

The site may link to third-party websites and services including ticketing providers, social networks, YouTube, Mixcloud, artists and venues. Those services operate under their own terms and privacy policies. We're not responsible for third-party sites that we do not control.

Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

Subject to that, HSWRK is not responsible for losses caused by matters outside our reasonable control or by third-party services that we do not operate.

Personal Belongings

You remain responsible for your own belongings while attending an event. If something is lost at a venue, contact the venue or HSWRK and we'll point you in the right direction where we can.
